I had a back massage here a few weeks ago. Customer service was excellent, nice atmosphere and clean. My massage therapist was really good, exactly the right amount of pressure I wanted. The only reason for dropping 1 star was that the massage I booked was for 30 minutes. However the actual treatment was no longer than 20 minutes so not value for money.

Had a walk in appointment today, having been made so welcome previously by Shadi who did my tint and highlight test for me when I popped in to look at products which they sell like WOW dream coat spray. Today I saw Sienna who was absolutely lovely and really made me feel comfortable and at ease and did a super job. They are also doing a charity raffle which felt good to be a part of. I would definitely recommend. Lovely manager too and her member of staff agreed, which is always the litmus test of a good place for me. ;)

I first met Grace a year ago when she was an apprentice and was pleased with my nails. I had an appointment with her this week and was so impressed with the results. My nails look great and she spent a lot of time making sure they were ok .We had a lovely chat and so impressed that she remembered so much about me. Highly recommend x

Ellie might be an apprentice but she is great at what she does... She chats like she's been working for years, I don't like the feeling of struggling to keep a conversation going when having my nails done! She's a perfectionist and when I went in to get my toes done and had a problem with one of my finger nails (which I'd had done a week before) she was more than happy to put that right for me. I've got my future appointments booked and I'm looking forward to getting her advice on some Christmassy colours!!
